- 1/2 cup cocoa
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 cup applesauce
1 tbsp vanilla extract
*This recipe produces a more cake-like brownie. If you prefer fudgy ones, use 1 cup yogurt instead of the yogurt and applesauce combination. (The recipe will still be under 100 calories/serving.) Also aim to bake closer to the 15 minute mark
