4 pkgs Light milk chocolate chips (1-1/4 c)
3 lbs Walnuts (6 oz)
3 lbs Pecans (6 oz)
3 pkgs Coconut flakes (1-1/4 c)
8 pkgs Floured spicy gum drops, greens removed (1pkg)
18 each Eggs (3 )
1 quart Buttermilk (1/2 c)
1 sm bottle Crisco oil (1/4 bottle)
2 cans Apple sauce (1/2 c)
2 bottles Molasses (1/2 c)
2 lg cans Crushed pineapple (1/2 c)
1 pkg Brown sugar (1/2 c)
1 sm can Cinnamon (½ - 1 T)
1 sm can Ginger (½ - 1 T)
1 sm can All spice (½ - 1 T)
1 sm can Ground Cloves (½ - 1 T)
21 tsp Soda (1T)
5 lbs Wondra Flour (1-3/4 c) (can be substituted with pre-sifted flour)
7 9 pkgs Chocolate cake mixes (1)
1 gal Apple cider (1 pt)
Description
NOT Healthy, But Very Chocolatey And SpiceyThe Recipe Listed Is The Family Classic, But The Calories Are For The Ingredients I Actually Used This Year. Shouldn't Make A Whole Lot Of Difference.
