Ingredients

    Dry Ingredients:
    1 cup Hodgsonmill 100% stone ground Whole Wheat Flour
    1 cup Red Mill Almond Flour
    1cup Splenda
    1/3 cup Red Mill Soy Flour
    1/3 Cup Ground Flax Seed
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

    Wet ingredients:
    2 large eggs
    6oz plain Greek yogurt
    3/4 Cups shredded peel on zuchini
    1 cup mashed very ripe banana
    1/3 cup unsweetned no sugar added applesauce
    1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract

    1/2 apple thinly sliced
