Arroz Con Pollo


    2 Bonless Skinless Chicken Breast (cut in chunks)
    1 cup Long Grain Rice
    2 Knorr Chicken Bouillon Cubes
    1/2 can Tomato Sauce
    1/2 Bell Pepper (Sliced) -optional
    1 Celery Stalk (chunked) - optional
    2 1/8 cup water (DON'T put too much water ot the rice will come out mushy)
    1 tbs olive oil
    a dash of black pepper

    (for a little heat add 2 serano peppers sliced in half)
