- 1 Low Carb Whole Wheat Tortilla, Nature's choice
2 Tablespoons, Guiltless Gourmet, or other Spicy Black Bean dip
1/4 California Haas Avocado, Sliced.
1/2 cup finely shredded Iceberg or Romaine Lettuce
2 Tablespoons Plain Non-Fat Yogurt
Tabasco Sauce if desired.
Sometimes i use alfalfa sprouts instead of lettuce and either way is very tasty.
