    1 small onion
    2 stalks celery
    1/2 cup brocolli
    1 carrot
    1/2 cup snow peas
    1/2 cup cabbage
    1/2 cup spinach
    You can add other vegetables of your choice for this dish. Add tofu or noodles for a heartier meal.
