Almond Oven Fried Chicken


    2 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
    1/2 c. almonds
    1 Tbsp. Parsley
    1 clove garlic
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 pepper
    1/2 c. Bread Crumbs (whole wheat or multi grain is awesome)
    2 Tbsp. olive oil


I Adapted This Recipe From A South Beach Diet Version. In Cutting The Recipe In Half, I Forgot To Half The Almonds. I Really Liked The Very Nutty Taste, But You Can Use Half My Amount To Keep The Proportions The Same. The South Beach Recipe Also Contai
