2 carrots (peeled and sliced thin)
3 medium patatoes (peeled and sliced thin)
2 cartons of chicken broth (900 ml/carton)
1 can of diced tomatoes (28 fl. oz)
1 red bell pepper (diced)
Fresh parsley
Fresh basil
salt and pepper
1 Bay leaf (optional)

This Is A Great Bacon Base Vegetable Soup. Tasty, Healthy And Quick! I Usually Make A Batch On Sunday For The Week's Lunches.
