    1 lb. extra lean ground beef (7%)
    1 cup chopped sweet yellow onion
    1 cup canned red kidney beans
    1 1/2 cups cooked long grain brown rice
    1 1/2 cups plain tomato sauce
    1/2 cup Kraft Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Description

This Makes A Wonderful, Colorful Main Dish. Use Sweet Red, Yellow, Green, Or Orange Bell Peppers. For A Really Colorful Dish, Mix Them Up.
