Ingredients

    2 cups dried apples
    Boiling water to cover
    2 cups gooseberries or husk cherries
    3 Tbsp lime or lemon juice
    2 Tbsp chopped walnuts
    2 Tbsp raw sunflower seeds
    1 cup raw oatmeal (old fashioned)
    3/8 cup hazelnut flour
    1/4 cup Spectrum shortening (no hydrogenated fats)
    3 Tbsp white stevia powder
    1/2 tsp cardamon
    1/4 tsp salt

Description

Made With Dried Apples, And Either Gooseberries Or Husk Cherries (or Substitute A Fruit You Have On Hand). Low Carbohydrate, But Not Low Calorie!
