- Sour Cream Double Chocolate Banana Bread

* Unsalted butter, 8 tablespoons (1 stick), softened
* Granulated sugar, 1/4 cup
* Brown sugar, 1/4 cup
* Egg, 1 large
* Ripened bananas, 2 large, mashed
* 1/2 cup So Delicious Coconut Milk Beverage mixed with about 3/4 tbsp cream of tarter ***
* Vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon
* All-purpose flour, 1 cup, plus 1 tablespoon to be tossed with the dark chocolate
* Baking soda, 1 teaspoon
* Organic Raw Cacao powder, 2 tablespoons
* Salt, 1/8 teaspoon
* Dark chocolate chips or Cacao Nibs, 1 cup, coarsely chopped
* Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9-by-5-inch loaf pan.
***do NOT use canned Coconut Milk - make sure it is the "Coconut Milk Beverage". There is a huge difference in fate, calories and texture here. honestly the plain old coconut milk would probably make it taste even more delish but then it would hardly be healthy!

I Was Bored And Needed To Bake! So I Tried To Health-a-size This Recipe By Replacing The Sour Cream With So Delicious Coconut Milk Beverage. I Probably Should Have Added More Baking Time Because It Fell Apart When I Took It Out. I Always Forget How Exact
