1 1/2-2 c. cooked rice
16 romaine or bibb lettuce leaves
1 c. green onions
1 c. green or red pepper
1 c. bean sprouts
1 c. zucchini
Dipping Sauce:
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. water
1 tbls lemon juice
3 tsp minced garlic
3 tsp ginger ( a little more if taste isn't strong enough)
1 tsp. sugar
