- 2 cups beans (or 1 14-oz can) drained (I usually use black, but experiment!)
1/2 medium onion
2 cloves garlic
2 T Braggs (or soy sauce or tamari)
1 egg
1/2-3/4 cup rolled oats (not instant)
1 T fennel seeds
1 t dried basil
1 t dried oregano
1/2 t dried sage
1/2 t red pepper flakes
