Ingredients

    20 oz bag of Hurst's 15 Bean Soup or
    1 cup of listed beans: Northern, Pinto, Large Lima, Blackeye, Garbanzo, Baby Lima, Green Split, Kidney, Cranberry, Small White, Pink, Small Red, Yellow Split, Lentil, Navy, White Kidney, Black Bean.

    1 cup onion, chopped
    1 cup carrots, chopped
    1 cup celery, chopped
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    2 cups chicken broth, fat free
    2 cups vegetable broth
    1 lb Ham, cubed
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    1 Tbsp Parsley
    1 Tbsp Basil
    1 Tbsp Oregano
    1 Tbsp Thyme
    3/4 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1/4 cayenne pepper
    1 Bay Leaf
    1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
