1 cup onion, chopped
1 cup carrots, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1 can stewed tomatoes
2 cups chicken broth, fat free
2 cups vegetable broth
1 lb Ham, cubed
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp Parsley
1 Tbsp Basil
1 Tbsp Oregano
1 Tbsp Thyme
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 cayenne pepper
1 Bay Leaf
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
