Salad -ramen Noodle Salad


    1 1/2 large bags (1.5 lbs.) coleslaw mix
    1 bunch of green onions (don't use the tops)
    1 cup sliced almonds
    1 cup sunflower seeds, salted

    Mix the following together in a small bowl and then pour mixture over the above ingredients.

    1 cup salad (vegetable) oil
    1/2 cup white vinegar
    3/4 cup splenda
    2 beef seasoning packets from 2 Ramen beef noodle packages (reserve the noodles)

    Finally, crumble the uncooked Ramen noodles (from the two packages) and stir into the above mixture. (If you like the noodles crunchy then wait until one hour before serving to add the noodles.)


Really Good But Only Eat Occasionally Because Of Ramen Noodles.
