1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp prepared lemongrass (from tube)
3 Tbsp soy sauce
1 cup shredded carrots (I use bagged)
1 cup bok choy, coarsely chopped
1 tsp prepared miso (optional)
1 thumb-sized ginger root, grated
2 large mushrooms, thinly sliced
