Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 2 fl oz (rcan substitut whole egg)
Oats, 2 cup
Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 1/2 cup (substitute any dried fruit, cherries, raisans, peaches)
Apricots, dried, .25 cup, halves
Walnuts, 1/2 cup, chopped (or almond slivers unsalted)
Heartland Granola Cereal or Raisan Bran Cereal, 1/2 cup
