1 egg white
3/4 cup chopped dried cherries (or craisens, or apricots)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (or almonds or peacans)
Cooking Spray
1/4 cup (or 3 tbs) "fruit only" apricot preserves (or strawberry or... you get the point).
