1 Tbspn Half and Half (skim will work if you aren't going low carb)
2 Tbspn crumbled goat cheese
1 Tbspn Chives
Italian Seasoning
Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper
4 Grape Tomatoes
1/4 cup shredded American or Cheddar Cheese
