1-2 tsp. ground flax (or psyllium husk or breadcrumbs)
seasoning to taste (garlic salt or finely chopped fresh garlic, chopped celery; poultry seasoning; paprika; sage, etc.)
Optional: Fresh veggies such as bell peppers, carrots and celery.
