Roast Beef With Potatoes And Carrots, Slow Cooker

Ingredients

    Beef Roast (top round, rump roast, etc), 2.25 - 2.5 pounds
    *Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can
    Red Wine, 5 fl oz
    Beef broth - i can
    Carrots, raw, 9 small (5-1/2" long), peel and cut into 2" to 3" sections
    Onions, raw, 1 small, sliced
    *Potato, raw, 3 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) cut into six sections each

Easy & Tasty. I Use Top Round Or Any Type Of Leaner Roast (do Not Use Chuck Roast -- Too Fatty).
