Homemade Low-cal Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

    8 c. water
    3 carrots, chopped
    1 c. onion, chopped
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    1 Tbsp. fresh basil, chopped
    1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
    1 Tbsp. fresh tarragon, chopped
    1 Tbsp. fresh oregano, chopped
    1 pkg. Knorr Vegetable Soup mix (entire envelope)
    1 28-oz can petite diced tomatoes, with juice
    2 cans whole peeled potatoes, diced
    1 can dark red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, (used steam in bag variety, but it doesnt matter)
    1.5 c. frozen sweet yellow corn kernels
    1 Tbsp olive oil
    1 Tbsp dried parsley flakes
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp onion powder
    1 tsp Knorr chicken bouillon
    .5 Tbsp seasoned salt
    .25 tsp dill weed
    .25 tsp rubbed sage
    dash poultry seasoning
    dash cayenne pepper
