Black Bean And Jasmine Rice Salad

Ingredients

    2 cups cooked and cooled white jasmine rice
    1 15oz can black beans, drained & rinsed
    1 cup red bell pepper, chopped
    1 cup zucchini, halved slices
    1 bunch (1/2-3/4 cup) green onions, chopped
    3 oz (6 pieces) marinated artichoke hearts, quartered or halved
    1/4 cup chopped celery, include some tops
    6 kalamata black olives, pitted, halved
    4 TBSP italian vinaigrette salad dressing
    1/8 - 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
    1/2 dried thyme, crushed (or 1 tsp fresh, minced)
    2 cloves garlic, minced
