Ingredients

    1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    1 serving chocolate protein powder (I use EAS)
    1 Tbsp. vanilla pudding mix
    1 Tbsp. cookies & cream pudding mix
    1 Tbsp. peanuts
    1 Tbsp. Torani sugar-free caramel syrup
    1 cup ice
