Apple & Apricot Flapjack


    Natural Apple Sauce (or banana), 1 cup
    Steel Cut Oats, dry, 0.5 cup
    Oats, 0.5 cup
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp
    Milk, nonfat, 1 cup
    non-fat powdered milk, 1 cup

    Apricots, dried, 100 grams
    Apples, fresh, 1 small

    The fruit is optional. You can substitute any other dried fruit that you like.
    I sometimes do a tropical version with papaya, mango and coconut.
