    1 pound Farfalle (or similar - used Barilla's whole grain rotini for calorie figures)
    2 T vegetable oil
    1 pound (or I used 2 bunches) asparagus
    3 large cloves garlic
    2 medium shallots
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    6 T unsalted butter
    1 cup sliced almonds
    1/4 cup sherry vinegar (or not or other vinegar)
    1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
    1 cup grated parmesan (not in calorie figure)

Description

450 Calories - But A Flavorful Meal If You Can Handle This Many Calories. Could Cut Down On Butter, Etc.
