- 1/2 head of Cabbage
1-28 oz Diced Tomatoes
4 cups water
2-15 oz cans black beans
1 med. onion
2 cans of Rotel (tomatoes with green chili's)
2 cloves of garlic
bunch of cilantro** optional
**NOTE** You can add or eliminate any vegy's in your house (ie; carrots, celery, etc..) and I replace water for Rachael Ray Chicken, Beef or Vegetable Stock for the water.
