- 2 Large Zucchini's (200 grams each)
1 Egg
1/3 c. Sunflower Seeds
1 onion
3 garlic cloves
1 tsp. Olive Oil
1 can (about 1.25 cups) White beans, drained (I use cannelini)
1.5 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Black pepper
1 Tbs. Chopped Chives (I used dried chives)
3 Tbs. Oat bran
