- 1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 c. soy milk
1 tbsp cider vinegar
2 tbsp peanut oil (or vegetable oil)
1/3 c. maple syrup
1 c. applesauce ( I used unsweetened)
3/4 c. chopped cranberries
