Apple Pancake


    Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched, 1/3 cup
    Apple Pie fillings, canned,1/2 can (21 oz) Apples, fresh, 2 cup slices

    Butter, unsalted, 1 pat (tsp)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp
    Egg, fresh, 3 large eggs
    *Milk, 2%, 5 cup
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 1/4 cup
    White flour 1/3 cup
    Salt, .1/4 tsp
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    Lemon Peel, 1 tsp
    Sour Cream, 1 tbsp
    Vanilla 1 tsp

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Put butter and cinnamon in a 10" skillet and add the apples and apple pie filling to melted butter and cinnamon and heat through.

    Beat the eggs, add the remaining ingredients and place in preheated oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes. It will puff and and the edges will start to brown against the skillet.

    Serve warm.
