    Italian Seasoning
    salt and pepper
    Fresh ground pepper to taste
    4 TB Shaved Parmesan
    zest of one lemon
    Juice of 1/2 lemon
    2 TB fresh basil, chopped
    1 TB Italian Parsley, chopped
    4 cups fresh baby spinach
    8 oz Chicken breasts, 2-4oz breasts
