Amber's No-bake Cookies


    1/2 stick of light margarine
    1 cup splenda
    1 cup sugar
    4 to 6 Tablespoons of cocoa powder, I like the Hershey's Dark Cocoa Powder
    1/2 cup of milk- try to use skim
    3 cups of oats, I like Quaker Oats
    1/2 cup reduced fat peanut butter
    1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
