    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1.5 cup, chopped or sliced
    Olive Oil, 2 1tsp
    Zucchini, 1.5 cup, sliced
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 0.66 cup kernels
    Onions, raw, .66 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Milk, nonfat, .66 cup
    Romano Cheese, 1.5 oz
    1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
    Salt & pepper to taste
