    1 lb. thinly sliced beef
    A handful of shirataki or cellophane noodles
    7-8 shiitake mushrooms
    1 block enoki mushrooms
    1 medium negi (scallion)
    1/2 Chinese cabbage (or other leafy green veggie)
    1 block of firm or extra-firm tofu, grilled

    For sukiyaki sauce:
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    3 tbsp. sake (Japanese rice wine)
    5 tbsp. sugar
    3/4 c. water

    For dipping: 4 eggs
