Ingredients

    ¡á1.25 pounds Flank Steak, Sliced Very Thin Against The Grain
    ¡á¨ö cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
    ¡á6 Tablespoons Sherry
    ¡á4 Tablespoons Packed Brown Sugar
    ¡á4 Tablespoons Cornstarch
    ¡á2 Tablespoon Minced Fresh Ginger
    ¡á4 cloves Garlic, Minced
    ¡á2 teaspoon Red Chile Paste (or A Few Dashes Red Chile Oil)
    ¡á3 Tablespoons Canola Oil
    ¡á1 whole Medium Yellow Onion Sliced
    ¡á2 whole Red Bell Peppers, Cored And Sliced Into Rings
    6-8 oz rice noodles
