Ingredients
- 2 cups raw buckwheat groats, soaked 4 to 6 hours
(change water a couple of times while soaking)
1 cup dates or raisins, soaked for 1 hour in 1 cup of water
1 apple, diced
1 tsp cinnamon
pinch of any of the following:
nutmeg, ginger, cardamom, celtic sea salt
