Delectable Stovetop Deluxe Mac & Cheese

Ingredients

    2 1/4 c. spelt rotini (or regular macaroni or shells if you prefer)
    1 c. 2% or skim milk
    1.5 c. shredded cheese blend containing at least cheddar and Monterey jack
    1/3 c. shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
    3 slices low-fat or fat-free American cheese, torn into pieces
    1/2 tsp. ground white pepper (this is really important!!)
    3 white mushrooms, sliced
    3 oz. cubed chicken breast, cooked (I use Trader Joe's Just Grilled Chicken Strips and cut them up)
    2 Tbsp. faux bacon bits
    1/8 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. extra virgin olive oil

I Can't Take Full Credit For This Recipe As I Used Parts Of A Weight Watchers Recipe In An Attempt To Recreate The AMAZING But Ridiculously Fattening (Mac & Cheese)2 (it Literally Contains 123g Of Fat And 1,800 Calories), But It's Easy And Super Delicious
