    1/2 C. carrots, sliced
    1 C. Zucchini, sliced into half moons
    1 C. Yellow Squash, sliced into half moons
    2 C. cooked chicken breast, chopped
    2 C. left over white rice
    8 Vegetable Potstickers
    4 C. Chicken Broth
