Agua Negra Marinaded Skirt Steak


    1 Cup Soy Sauce
    2 Cups Pineapple Juice
    2 Tablespoons Ground Cumin
    1 1/2 Teaspoons Minced Garlic
    1/4 Cup fresh queezed Lime Juice

    Combine all ingredients with a whisk in a mixing bowl.

    2 Pounds Skirt Steak

    Place meat in resealable container. Pour the marinade over the meat and refrigerate for 6 to 8 hours.

    Preheat gas grill. Place beef on the grill and leave undistured until grill marks form, then rotate the meat 90 degrees to create a second set of marks. After 2 to 3 minutes, turn beef to cook the other side. Slice beef to serve.
