Ingredients
- 5 Cups Water or Stock
1/4 Cup uncooked Brown Rice
2 Potatoes, peeled if you want, diced bite size
1 Carrot, sliced
2 Leeks washed very carefully and sliced
1 Stalk Celery, sliced
1 teaspoon dried Thyme
1 teaspoon dried Dill Weed
10 stalks of Asparagus, sliced - set tips aside
2 cups Fresh Spinach, chopped
White Pepper to taste
(I used 2 bunches of green onion instead of the leeks)

Taken From Www.fatfree.com - I Made This In Less Than 45 Minutes And It Was Very Good. Thick With Vegetables And Not Too Much Broth. Good Flavor.
