Filling:
1 lb. of Lean Ground Beef
4 cups of Mild salsa (or medium depending on how hot you want it)
Velveeta Cheese Spread (made with 2% milk)
2 cloves of garlic (chopped)
1 cup of chopped onion
2 slices of jalapeno cut into pieces
Spices:
chili powder
paprika
cayenne
pepper
garlic salt
Lawry's season-all salt
