1 stick lemon grass, finely chopped (ground lemon myrtle)
1 Tbs Maggi seasoning (can you get this?)
480g chicken breast, skinned, halved
1 lg onion cut in 1/4s
1 red chilli, thinly slied(optional)
1 cu low salt chicken stock
100g shitake mushrooms (or mushrooms!!)
4 spring onions, cut into 4cm lengths
600g chinese cabbage, shredded
