2 Tablspoons sugar
2 Tablespoons applesauce
1/3 cup light brown sugar
2 Tablespoons ketchup
1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup plus 2 Tablespoons water
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 Tablespoon cornstarch (or amount needed to achieve desired sauce thickness)
