28 oz can Roma or plum tomatoes, roughly chopped, with liquid
2 19 oz cans red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 cup tomato or V8 juice
1 tbsp cumin
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (or more to taste)
2 tbsp tomato paste
Description
Delicious Vegetable-based Chili With Just A Touch Of Meat For Texture And Flavor. It Could Easily Be Adjusted To Full Vegetarian By Leaving Out The Meat Or Using Ground Meat Substitute.
