ï 1/4-cup soy flour mixed with /2-cup water (replaces the eggs)
ï 1-1/2 teaspoon vanilla
ï 1-1/2 cups unsweetened applesauce
ï 1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple in its own juice, undrained
ï 2-cups chopped bananas
ï 1/2-cup chopped pecans
FROSTING:
ï 8-oz fat free cream cheese, softened
ï 1-four serving size pkg of sugar free vanilla pudding
ï 1-cup nonfat milk
ï 1-carton of sugar free cool whip
ï 1-tbsp pecans
