Hummingbird Cake W/cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

    CAKE:
     3-cups self-rising flour
     2-cups splenda measurable
     1-teaspoon cinnamon
     1/4-cup soy flour mixed with /2-cup water (replaces the eggs)
     1-1/2 teaspoon vanilla
     1-1/2 cups unsweetened applesauce
     1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple in its own juice, undrained
     2-cups chopped bananas
     1/2-cup chopped pecans

    FROSTING:
     8-oz fat free cream cheese, softened
     1-four serving size pkg of sugar free vanilla pudding
     1-cup nonfat milk
     1-carton of sugar free cool whip
     1-tbsp pecans

So Tropical Fruity And Delicious. It Makes A Wonderful Spring/summertime Cake :) (NOTE: This Is Not My Recipe But One I Found On The Internet Some Time Ago That I Have Converted To Be A Bit More Healthy For You)
