Hot And Sour Meat-vegetable Soup

Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    8 cups of water
    juice from 2 fresh lemons or a pack of soup base (tamarind is sour, guava is sweeter)
    salt & pepper (according to your taste)
    1 lb. choice of meat
    (cut larger than bite size pieces)
    choice of vegetables (amount to your choice)

    Choice of meat:
    I specified skinless, boneless chicken breast for this recipe , but you can substitute with any chicken parts, pork (butt part is best, just trim the fat off), beef stew meat, shrimp (shelled, devined) or fish ( salmon preferred ).

    Choice of vegetables:
    banana peppers or jalapeno peppers
    asparagus
    broccoli
    spinach
    whole mushrooms
    eggplant (italian preferred)
    different color bell peppers
    lima beans
    whole young okra
    mustard greens
    collard greens
    radish
    zuccini
    yellow squash
    celery
