Yeast - dry active, .25 oz (1 packet)
1 tsp sugar (not artificial sweetener)
1 tsp sea salt
.5 cup fat free Ricotta cheese
.5 cup 2% milkfat Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
14 slices Turkey Pepperoni
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp basil OR 1 tbsp dried basil
1 egg white or 1/8 cup egg beaters
2 tbsp parmesan cheese
To sautee the veggies:
1 tsp olive or canola oil
1/4 cup each of mushrooms, green bell pepper, onion, eggplant, or whatever veggies you prefer.
1-2 cloves garlic
Marinara / Pizza sauce to dip

You Can Use Whatever Veggies You Prefer. Leave Out The Pepperoni For A Vegetarian-friendly Dish.If You Only Have Ricotta OR Mozzarella That Is OK, Just Use 1 Cup Total.DO NOT Sub Artificial Sweetener For The Sugar... Yeast Cannot Digest It, Lol
