Asian Duck Salad

Ingredients

    For the duck
    ¼ cup melted butter
    1 tablespoon honey
    1 tablespoon tamari
    ½ teaspoon Chinese Five Spice
    4 boneless duck breasts with skin on
    Sesame seeds for garnish

    For the salad
    6 spring onions, trimmed and sliced
    2 sprigs of fresh coriander, leaves picked
    4 large bunches of watercress
    1 ripe mango, peeled and cut into chunks
    Juice of 1 lime
    4 tablespoons sesame oil

Description

Heat Grill To High.In A Bowl Whisk Together Butter, Honey, Tamari And Chinese Five Spice Powder. Cut The Duck Breasts In Half Lengthwise Then Into 4 Pieces. Brush With Half Of Sauce And Grill. The Heat Should Be High Enough To Brown And Crisp The Duck
