Ingredients

    2 pounds small red potatoes, unpeeled, quartered (1 inch pieces)

    2 cups fresh or frozen asparagus cut into bite size pieces

    2 cups grape or cherry tomatoes, cut in half

    1/3 cup sliced green onions
