Lemongrass-curry-chili Chicken Stir-fry

Ingredients

    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
    1/2 medium yellow bell pepper, diced
    1/2 medium red bell pepper, diced
    1/2 medium orange bell pepper, diced
    4 oz portabella mushrooms, diced (1 large cap)
    1/2 medium onion, diced (red works well)
    1 tsp curry powder
    1 tsp lemongrass
    1 tsp chili powder
    1 tsp basil
    4 garlic cloves, crushed (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
    1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
    Olive Oil cooking spray
    2 Tbsp water
    1 package (8 oz) bean threads or rice noodles
    3 Tbsp Teriyaki Sauce
